Level Two

  What the heck happened!??
Enter The Human Condition.

As little kids we encountered many situations
some of which we took personally,
others of which we just let go.

Some of these situations we took personally.
We adjudged some as NEGATIVE, others POSITIVE.

As we grew in our brains the dendrites to think, reason,
we put on psychic layers of protection as a shield to perceived threats.

Rather than situations, circumstances and events just happening
as leaves falling from trees or clouds passing overhead,
we interpreted such as happening just TO ME. MYSELF, and I.

We grew the Great Trinity or what is known as the Separative Self.

We believed as being an absolute truth
what we interpreted our situation to be —
we believed without seeing the truth of the moment
that the situation, circumstance, or event was just that:
leaves falling from trees or clouds passing overhead.

We had not come to see the LIE in every belief:
The lie being that our belief is absolutely TRUE.

We surrendered our TRUE SENSE of SELF for a false self,
a created fantasy to appease our primary care givers for, of course,
our own benefit as we wanted to be loved, understood and appreciated
as we felt/thought we ought to be.

We play the game of depression, worry, anxiety
as such is HOW we THINK we must behave in order to survive.

We play the game of guilt, shame and blame
as such is HOW we THINK we must project/protect our presence.

We play the game of Passive-Aggressive or Manic-Depressive
to manipulate others so that we get what we think we want.
